There’s been a lot of hubbub circulating the inter-web recently about whether or not there are actually any REAL benefits to eating organic. Well it seems that industrial agriculture is getting fed up with losing consumers who are getting wise to not only the health benefits, but the environmental benefits as well. I’m sure many of you have already read Michael Pollan’s amazing book Omnivores Dilemma, which examines in-depth the myriad ways in which organic is superior (and sometimes not).
